Starting the year with a bang, CÉ LA VI will be presenting it’s exciting Sky High Hawker series in January next year. Happening on the 9th to 10th January, the iconic rooftop restaurant and bar has invited a few of Singapore’s rising chefs who will be presenting their signature dish for the occasion.

The menu is an exceptional spread of elevated hawker favourites such as Sweet and Sour Pork, Crispy Pork Belly, Chicken Rendang, and more! These creations hail from chefs from a variety of restaurants and hawkers such as Cedric Tang from Ka-Soh, Woo Wai Leong from Restaurant Ibid, and Douglas Ng from Fishball Story. And each dish starts at S$10++.

The guest chefs’ offerings are accompanied by a selection of BAO burgers by CÉ LA VI Group Executive Chef, Joey Sergentakis, desserts by CÉ LA VI Pastry Chef Kelvin Chia and cocktails by CÉ LA VI’s Lead Mixologist Andrew Hyman.
