Château Minuty is bringing its Villa Minuty concept to Singapore for a two-month residency at +Twelve, the adults-only beach club overlooking Palawan Beach at Sentosa.

Running until 30 September 2026, the collaboration combines Minuty rosé, beach club dining and live music in a setting inspired by the coastal lifestyle of Saint-Tropez and the French Riviera.

Previous Villa Minuty activations have taken place in cities including London and Paris. The Singapore edition takes over +Twelve’s terraced cabanas, infinity-edge pool and beachfront spaces.

Sunday Society Brunch at +Twelve

As part of the collaboration, +Twelve will introduce Sunday Society, a five-hour brunch held on 30 August and 27 September 2026.

The buffet will include seafood on ice, a live pasta station, brunch dishes and handcrafted desserts selected to accompany Minuty M Rosé.

Three brunch packages are available:

• Brunch only — S$98++
• Brunch with free-flow Minuty M Rosé — S$148++
• Brunch with free-flow Minuty M Rosé and Veuve Clicquot Champagne — S$198++

Both brunches will run from 10am to 3pm.

Minuty Rosé Promotions

Visitors can also order Minuty wines at promotional prices throughout the activation:

• Two glasses of Minuty M Rosé — S$36++
• One bottle of Minuty M Rosé — S$108++
• Two bottles of Minuty M Rosé — S$188++

The wine promotions will be available until 30 September 2026.

Minuty M Rosé is a Provence rosé with red fruit and peach notes, together with a fresh, mineral finish. At +Twelve, it will be served alongside the beach club’s food selection, music programming and sunset views.
