Hong Kong’s one MICHELIN-starred Duddell’s is marking the Mid-Autumn Festival 2026 with a thoughtfully curated collection of mooncakes, premium gift hampers and a limited-time festive dining experience.

Inspired by the theme “Blooming in Light”, this year’s seasonal offerings combine contemporary design with Cantonese traditions, creating elegant gifts and celebratory meals for family gatherings, corporate gifting and festive reunions.

A Mooncake Collection Inspired by Tradition

Designed by Hong Kong designer Hong Chong Ip, the 2026 collection reinterprets traditional Chinese floral motifs with modern craftsmanship.

The range includes three gifting options:

• Signature Gift Box
• Limited Edition LED Lantern Gift Box
• Mid-Autumn Premium Gift Hamper

Each piece has been created as both a festive gift and a keepsake that can be enjoyed beyond the Mid-Autumn celebrations.

Signature Gift Box with Lava Custard Mooncakes

The Signature Gift Box (HK$468) features six of Duddell’s signature lava custard mooncakes housed in an elegant collector’s box inspired by the classic Chinese Ruyi window motif.

Finished in a champagne-gold metallic colour with embossed floral detailing, the design symbolises harmony, prosperity and reunion while reflecting the “Blooming in Light” theme.

Early bird pricing is available until 31 August 2026, with additional discounts for bulk corporate orders.

Limited Edition LED Lantern Gift Box

For those seeking something more distinctive, Duddell’s is also introducing a Limited Edition LED Lantern Gift Box(HK$768).

Designed with geometric lines, embossed floral patterns and star-shaped cut-outs, the lantern casts decorative light patterns inspired by moonlit Mid-Autumn evenings.

Inside are eight lava custard mooncakes, while the lantern itself is designed to become a decorative keepsake long after the festival ends.

Customers purchasing 20 boxes or more before 31 August 2026 can enjoy early bird pricing.

Premium Mid-Autumn Gift Hamper

The Mid-Autumn Premium Gift Hamper (HK$2,588) combines several of Duddell’s signature gourmet products into a luxurious festive hamper suitable for family, friends or corporate gifting.

The hamper includes:

• Signature Gift Box with six lava custard mooncakes
• Braised South African 12-head abalone
• Homemade walnut cookies
• Duddell’s Signature X.O. Sauce
• R de Ruinart Champagne

Complimentary delivery to a single Hong Kong location is offered for purchases above HK$4,000, while standard delivery charges apply for smaller orders.

Celebrate Mid-Autumn with an Eight-Course Feast

Alongside its gifting collection, Duddell’s is also offering a special eight-course Mid-Autumn Set Menu from 24 to 27 September 2026.

Priced at HK$1,688 per person (minimum of two diners), the menu showcases Executive Chef Chan Yau Leung’sinterpretation of celebratory Cantonese cuisine using premium seasonal ingredients.

Highlights include:

• Seared Crab Cake with Bird’s Nest and Egg White
• Baked Australian Fresh Lobster with Cheese & Butter served with E-Fu Noodles

The remaining courses have been specially created for the Mid-Autumn Festival, making the menu ideal for family reunions and festive celebrations.
