Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region has long been regarded as the country’s culinary heartland, producing some of its best-loved ingredients and traditional recipes. This August, diners in Singapore can experience a taste of the region as Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse unveils its latest Best of Italy menu, showcasing classic dishes inspired by Bologna, Parma and beyond.
Available throughout August, A Taste of Emilia-Romagna is a limited-edition sharing menu priced at S$148++ per person, served alongside Bistecca’s regular à la carte dinner menu. The experience includes multiple sharing courses, an individual dessert and a complimentary glass of wine.
A Regional Italian Feast Designed for Sharing
The meal begins with a selection of dishes served for the table, highlighting ingredients closely associated with Emilia-Romagna.
Expect Beef Tartare dressed with traditional Balsamic di Modena, fried capers and aged Parmesan, alongside Balanzoni, a handmade green pasta from Bologna filled with mortadella, ricotta, nutmeg and sage. Completing the opening course is a Pistachio & Endive Salad finished with Parmesan cream and pistachio vinaigrette.
The menu reflects the region’s reputation for producing world-famous ingredients including Parmigiano Reggiano, traditional balsamic vinegar and mortadella.
Signature Steaks with Seasonal Italian Sides
The centrepiece remains Bistecca’s signature sharing steaks, with guests choosing between its Costata or the restaurant’s well-known Fiorentina steak, served in sizes suited to the group’s dining party.
The steaks are accompanied by three seasonal side dishes:
- Grilled asparagus with pangrattato breadcrumbs, Parmesan and lemon
- Brussels sprouts with smoked bacon and wholegrain mustard
- Roasted baby carrots glazed with aged balsamic vinegar and hazelnut oil
Together, the dishes are designed to complement the restaurant’s signature Tuscan-style steaks while highlighting flavours commonly associated with northern Italy.

Finish with Parma’s Torta Duchessa
Dessert is served individually rather than family-style.
Guests will enjoy Torta Duchessa, a flourless chocolate and hazelnut cake inspired by Parma, paired with zabaione and marinated cherries.
To round off the meal, each diner also receives a complimentary glass of sparkling, red or white wine.
