Fat Prince has launched a new dinner menu that puts charcoal fire, bold spices and communal dining at the heart of the experience. The refreshed offering invites diners to linger over flavour-packed dishes inspired by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean culinary traditions.

A Michelin Guide Singapore 2025 selection, Fat Prince has long been known for its vibrant atmosphere and shareable plates. The new menu continues that approach, with dishes designed to encourage leisurely evenings filled with good food, cocktails and conversation.

New Dishes Inspired by the Middle East

The menu begins with the Adana Beef Tartare, which is seasoned with smoked paprika to deliver a rich, warming flavour profile. Joining the restaurant’s popular spreads is a new Feta Cheese Dip, served alongside freshly baked bread for sharing.

From the grill comes the Roasted Baby Chicken, a tender and smoky dish designed to serve as the centrepiece of the table. Vegetarians and vegetable lovers can also look forward to the Burnt Australian Aubergine, which combines smoky, sweet and spiced flavours in one dish.

Six Courses of Signature Flavours

For those who prefer to leave the choices to the chefs, Fat Prince has introduced its Feed Me menu, priced at S$78++ per person. The six-course experience takes diners on a curated journey through some of the restaurant’s signature dishes and flavours.

A Place to Gather and Unwind

The restaurant describes the new menu as an invitation to slow down and savour the experience of dining together. With warm bread passed around the table, smoky aromas from the grill and cocktails flowing into the evening, the experience is designed to encourage connection and lingering conversations long after the first course arrives.

The new dinner menu is now available at Fat Prince.
