Cable Car SkyDining has introduced two new private dining experiences aboard the Singapore Cable Car, combining multi-course meals with sunset views over Mount Faber, HarbourFront and Sentosa.
Guests can choose between The Singapore Chronicles, which traces Singapore’s history through local flavours, and Starlight Flight, a Mediterranean-inspired menu created by Barcelona-born Executive Sous Chef Daniel Vaquero.
Both experiences include approximately one hour in a private cable car cabin, spanning two rounds on the Mount Faber Line at around 100 metres above sea level.
The Singapore Chronicles
The Singapore Chronicles presents Singapore’s development from a fishing village to a modern city through a three-course menu.
Guests begin with a choice of two drinks. Temasek Sunset combines chai with grilled pineapple, pandan and lime, while Nanyang Twilight features gin, butterfly pea, coconut water and lime.
The starter, Tiger Prawn Tea Rice, consists of herb rice topped with salmon roe and served with jasmine tea and kelp broth. The prawns and broth reference Singapore’s maritime history, while laksa leaf, lime leaf and tea reflect ingredients and traditions introduced by different communities.
For the main course, diners may select either:
- Crispy Red Snapper, served with sweet potato purée, coconut curry and laksa leaf oil
- Char-grilled Lemongrass Chicken, accompanied by confit leek, sweet potato, black pepper purée and toasted coconut
The meal ends with Sweet Harmony in Diversity, a dessert combining pandan, gula melaka and European-style custard.
The Singapore Chronicles is priced at S$108++ per guest. Until 31 August 2026, a one-for-one promotion reduces the effective price to S$54++ per guest when two diners participate.

Starlight Flight
Starlight Flight draws from Catalan, Spanish and wider Mediterranean cooking, with ingredients including Spanish and Italian heirloom tomatoes, romesco sauce and seafood suquet.
The four-course experience begins at Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak with a welcome drink and Sautéed Hokkaido Scallops, served over a Chardonnay-infused asparagus velouté with pine nuts and crispy puffed quinoa.
Dinner then continues inside the private cable car cabin. The entrée is a Tiger Prawn Salad with Stracciatella, prepared with six types of heirloom tomatoes, stracciatella cheese and lightly spiced vinaigrette.
Diners may choose from three Mediterranean-inspired main courses. Options include:
- Catch of the Day, served with cauliflower purée, citrus sauce and Kalamata olive spheres
- Wagyu Ribeye, paired with hazelnut romesco, piquillo peppers and potato mille-feuille
- A vegetarian option, available upon request
Guests may also upgrade to a Grilled Boston Lobster for an additional S$38++. The lobster is served with Arborio rice cooked in a Catalan seafood suquet.
Dessert is served at Arbora Café @ Mount Faber Peak. The Red Plum Brûlée combines red plum, almond nougat and frozen yoghurt.
The four-course Starlight Flight menu is priced at S$118++ per guest. A three-course version is also available at S$108++ per guest.
How the Dining Journey Works
Depending on the menu selected, the experience begins with drinks or a starter at Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak.
Guests then board a private cabin for two rounds on the Mount Faber Line, lasting approximately 60 minutes. The remaining courses are served during the journey, followed by dessert at Arbora or Arbora Café @ Mount Faber Peak.
Advance reservations are recommended.
