Capturing the Essence of ATLAS

Since opening in 2017, ATLAS has cemented its reputation as one of the world’s top gin destinations, boasting an impressive collection of over 1,300 bottles showcased in its iconic Gin Tower. The launch of its signature gin marks a milestone for the bar, blending seven years of expertise in provenance, production, and flavour.

Crafted with classic botanicals like juniper berries, coriander seed, orris root, angelica root, lavender, roasted almonds, vetiver, and fresh orange peel, the gin leads with crisp juniper before unveiling citrus, floral, and earthy layers. The result? A balanced, expressive spirit with a dry citrus nose, a supple mid-palate, and a long, lifted finish.
