Afternoon Lingering Treats at Madison’s Pullman Hotel: A Tea-Time Tribute to Singapore’s Heritage

In celebration of SG60, Pullman Singapore Hill Street presents a delightful collaboration between its all-day dining venue Madison’s and beloved homegrown brand Mdm Ling Bakery. From 2 June to 31 July 2025, guests are invited to indulge in Afternoon Lingering Treats — a one-of-a-kind tea-time experience that elegantly blends local heritage with modern flair.

A Tea Experience Like No Other

This special afternoon tea is the first time Mdm Ling Bakery’s festive and souvenir-worthy delights are served in a dine-in setting. Known for its modern takes on nostalgic favourites, Mdm Ling pairs perfectly with Madison’s flair for creative, culture-forward cuisine. The menu is rounded out with premium teas from Dilmah’s Silver Jubilee Collection and Nespresso coffees.

A Harmony of Savoury and Sweet

Kick off the experience with bite-sized Mee Sua Kueh, molten Salted Egg Yolk Buns, and the Mini Pullman-Style Rojak. Other highlights include Chili Prawn Pie Tee with 8 Gems Caviar, Satay Chicken Sando, and the crunchy Truly Rice Crackers.

On the sweet end, expect a parade of local-inspired delights — moist Mini Cempedak Cake, silky Chendol Panna Cotta, Raspberry Lychee Rose Cake, and Black Sesame Cheese Tart. Add in Coconut Scones with Azuki Bean Jam and whipped cream, and top it all off with Mdm Ling’s signature cookies: Kopi Siew Dai, Pandan Pineapple, and Molten Chocolate.
