Halloween is getting a culinary makeover at Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore, where the regular dinner buffet will take on a darker, more playful look from 23 October to 1 November 2026.
Called SubLIME Halloween, the seasonal spread mixes the restaurant’s familiar seafood, grill and local favourites with Halloween-themed dishes, desserts and décor. Dinner runs daily from 6pm to 9.30pm.
Seafood, grills and Halloween-themed mains
The buffet still starts with the crowd-pleasers, including chilled Boston lobster and snow crab. Diners can also look out for Lobster and Truffle Kombu Soba and Aburi Salmon with Sake Furikake Mentai Nigiri, while the Hamachi, Cucumber and Oba Wrap is available from Friday to Sunday.
Over at the Josper grill, the Halloween treatment continues with Witch’s Fire-Grilled Sausages in chicken, pork and veal, alongside Blood Moon Glazed Pork Ribs. The live carving station features Black Garlic-Glazed Beef Short Rib, with Phantom Flame BBQ Whole Baby Lamb joining the spread from Friday to Sunday.
Lobster pasta on weekdays, risotto on weekends
One of the more theatrical options is the Bloody Mary Lobster Pasta, served from Monday to Thursday and finished in a giant Parmesan wheel. From Friday to Sunday, it makes way for Lobster Bisque Risotto prepared the same way.
Local flavours are part of the line-up too, including Sambal Stingray with Okra and, on weekends, Curry Crab with Mantou.
Desserts get the spooky treatment
The Halloween theme carries through to dessert with creations such as warm S’mores Eyeball Chocolate Pudding, Witch’s Ai Yu Jelly Potion and Ghost Velvet Cake. These sit alongside the rest of the buffet’s sweet offerings, giving diners a suitably playful finish to the evening.

Diners can also take part in a Halloween social media giveaway for a chance to win a one-night stay for two in an Urban Deluxe Room with breakfast. To enter, guests need to dine at SubLIME Halloween and share a photo of their experience on Instagram, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.

Child prices apply to children aged six to 12, while children below six dine free. The buffet includes unlimited specialty hot coffee and tea, with additional beverage packages available. Prices are subject to prevailing service charge and government taxes.
