Blue Bottle Coffee Singapore is welcoming the new season with an updated menu that introduces a new brewing technique, two refreshing coffee beverages and collaborations with two well-known local food brands.

Available from 1 July 2026, the seasonal line-up showcases the brand’s new Kyoto-style espresso, alongside fresh bakery offerings from Chu and Co and a limited-edition dessert created with Queic by Olivia.

A New Take on Cold Espresso

At the heart of the seasonal menu is Blue Bottle Coffee’s new Kyoto-style espresso, a cold-extracted espresso developed specifically for iced coffee beverages.

Inspired by Kyoto’s slow cold-drip brewing tradition, the espresso is made using Blue Bottle’s Hayes Valley Espresso blend. The cold extraction process is designed to preserve the coffee’s natural sweetness, clarity and body, creating a smooth espresso that retains its flavour even as the ice melts.

This new brewing method now forms the base of the brand’s cold espresso drinks in Singapore.

Two New Summer Coffee Creations

Leading the seasonal menu are two beverages created for Singapore’s warm weather.

The Espresso Tonic ($10) pairs Kyoto-style espresso with crisp tonic water, resulting in a bright, sparkling drink with citrus notes that complement the coffee’s natural sweetness.

For those who prefer something creamier, the Vanilla Bean Shakerato ($9.50) offers a refined take on the Italian classic. Freshly brewed espresso is shaken with real vanilla bean to create a silky coffee with a smooth, lightly sweet finish.

Both drinks have been available since 1 July 2026.

Chu and Co Joins as Blue Bottle Coffee’s Bakery Partner

Blue Bottle Coffee has also expanded its food offerings through a new collaboration with local bakery Chu and Co.

Known for its handcrafted pastries and small-batch approach to baking, Chu and Co supplies a range of sweet and savoury baked goods that have been selected to complement Blue Bottle’s coffee menu.

Highlights include the Sea Salt Croissant, Turkey Ham & Cheese Danish, Mushroom & Sesame Bun, Jalapeño & Cheese Bun, Triple Pistachio Escargot, Banana Bread and Lemon Berry Cake.

The bakery selections are now available at both the Raffles City and Paragon Blue Bottle Coffee outlets.

A New Cheesecake Collaboration with Queic by Olivia

Continuing its partnership with local dessert specialist Queic by Olivia, Blue Bottle Coffee has also introduced a Lemon Cream Cheesecake.

The citrus-forward dessert is designed to pair particularly well with the new Espresso Tonic, where the sparkling bitterness contrasts with the cheesecake’s rich, creamy texture. It also complements a classic latte, whose smooth profile enhances the delicate lemon flavours.

The Lemon Cream Cheesecake is available until 8 August 2026.

Celebrating Local Partnerships Through Coffee

The seasonal refresh reflects Blue Bottle Coffee’s ongoing approach to pairing thoughtfully crafted coffee with locally made artisanal food.

By introducing new brewing techniques while collaborating with respected Singapore food brands, the café continues to create seasonal experiences that highlight quality ingredients, craftsmanship and meaningful local partnerships.
