Sky22 at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena has unveiled a refreshed menu that brings together familiar local flavours and regional influences through a contemporary Modern Asian lens. Located on the 22nd floor of the hotel, the restaurant continues to position itself as a relaxed dining destination for both families and professionals in the Novena neighbourhood.

Building on its earlier relaunch, the updated menu introduces a wider range of comforting yet inventive dishes alongside signature dining experiences and promotional programmes designed to encourage weeknight gatherings and casual celebrations.

Reimagined Local Favourites with a Contemporary Twist

A key direction behind the refreshed menu is the reinterpretation of well-loved Southeast Asian dishes through new formats and flavour pairings.

Among the highlights is the Turmeric & Ginger Kampung Chicken, featuring slow-roasted chicken served with fried rice and a laksa-inspired verde sauce influenced by both ayam penyet and nasi ulam. Another standout is the Bak Kut Teh Pao Fan, which combines a peppery pork broth with shiitake mushrooms and beancurd skin, finished with puffed rice for added texture.

Returning favourites remain on the menu as well, including the Sky22 Tiger Prawn Laksa Lemak, served with quail eggs and bean sprouts in a rich coconut-based broth.

Beyond local reinterpretations, the refreshed menu also explores cross-cultural combinations that blend Asian flavours with international formats.

The Liquorice-Smoked Wagyu Beef Brisket is braised for 24 hours with Sarawak peppercorns, delivering a balance of herbal sweetness and gentle spice. Meanwhile, the Seared Barramundi Assam Pedas pairs locally sourced fish with a tangy Malaysian-style puree and char-grilled vegetables.

The Tiger Prawn Sambal Hijau Olio offers another hybrid approach, combining Italian pasta traditions with green chilli sambal, available with either spaghetti or high-fibre low-GI noodles.

Vegetarian diners can opt for the Tofu & Mushroom Bibimbap served in a sizzling claypot with pickled vegetables and Komachi rice, while the Grilled Octopus introduces Mediterranean elements alongside Indonesian chinchalok salsa for a bright and savoury contrast.

For lighter options, Japanese-inspired salads such as the Watercress Beef Salad dressed in sesame soy vinaigrette and the Cucumber Wakame Salad topped with crispy whitebait provide refreshing starters.

The Chicken Consommé Morel offers a nourishing broth enriched with cordyceps flowers, shiitake mushrooms and goji berries, making it a comforting addition to the menu.

Desserts continue the familiar-meets-modern theme with creations such as Pandan Panna Cotta and Gula Melaka Semifreddo, while the Chocolate Nama delivers a richer finish with Japanese-style chocolate layered with orange chantilly and caramelised pecans.

Alongside the refreshed menu, Sky22 has introduced a Weeknight À La Carte Promotion running from Monday to Thursday evenings, where diners can enjoy 50% off every second main course.

The restaurant also continues its line-up of semi-buffet experiences, including weekday lunches with free-flow soups, salads and desserts, weekend semi-buffet dinners featuring signature mains and seafood selections, and the popular Sunday Seafood Buffet with rotating themed editions for special occasions such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
