People People Brewing Co Singapore Opens as a New Social Brewery at Resorts World Sentosa

A new brewery concept has arrived at Resorts World Sentosa with the opening of People People Brewing Co Singapore, a large-format social space designed around fresh beer, wood-fired cooking, and shared experiences. Spanning about 9,000 square feet, the venue combines an operational brewery with an approachable dining environment suited for everything from casual drinks to group gatherings.

The concept is led by a team with deep roots across hospitality and brand-building, including chef Dave Pynt of Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, hotelier Loh Lik Peng of Unlisted Collection, entrepreneur Pete Thew, and strategist Jason Moy. Together, they have shaped the space around the idea of making quality beer more accessible in a welcoming setting that encourages repeat visits.

Fresh Tank-to-Tap Beers Brewed On-Site

At the heart of the venue is a working brewery overseen by Head Brewer Nick Calder-Scholes, whose experience spans breweries across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Guests can observe the brewing process throughout the day, reinforcing the emphasis on freshness and craftsmanship.

Beers are served directly from five large fermentation tanks into specially designed taps, creating a true tank-to-tap experience. The range includes classic lagers, modern IPAs, fruited sour beers, and barrel-aged stouts, organised into four collections: Core, Seasonal, Workshop Series, and Founder’s Reserve.

Highlights include a crisp house lager brewed with Saaz and Tettnang hops, citrus-forward California-style IPAs, and fruit-driven sour beers such as Passionfruit & Yuzu Sour. Limited Founder’s Reserve releases are reserved for members and special occasions.

Wood-Fired Dishes Designed to Pair with Beer

Food plays a central role alongside the brewing programme, with a menu built around wood-fire cooking and shareable plates that complement the beer selection.

Two key cooking systems anchor the kitchen: a Classico oven used for pizzas and quick bakes, and an open-fire Camino hearth equipped with a rotisserie and adjustable grills. The live-fire setup remains visible throughout service, adding to the energy of the space.

Signature dishes include wood-fired sourdough pizzas, rotisserie chicken finished with herb butter, burgers, and bar bites designed for both individual diners and groups. Standout items include Miso Beef Short Rib Pizza with chimichurri, Lemon Thyme Roast Chicken served with jus, and Salt and Pepper Squid paired with green chilli and lemon aioli.

The menu is intentionally casual and social, encouraging diners to linger while exploring different beer styles alongside flame-driven flavours.

A Flexible Social Space for Everyday Visits and Events

People People Brewing Co Singapore is designed as a venue that shifts easily between daytime visits and evening sessions. The layout integrates brewing tanks directly into the environment while maintaining clear sightlines across indoor and outdoor areas.

With seating for about 180 guests and standing capacity reaching up to 400, the space supports everything from solo visits after work to large group gatherings, live sports screenings, and entertainment programming.

Regular weekly experiences help shape the venue’s rhythm. Sunday Socials focus on families with children’s activities and dining perks, while Saturday Long Lunch sessions feature extended meals with free-flow drinks and entertainment. Midweek programming includes Woodfire Wednesdays and guided brewery tours during Thirsty Thursdays led by the Head Brewer.

Membership Programme Builds an Early Community Around the Brewery

Ahead of its official opening, the brewery introduced a pre-launch membership programme aimed at building a core community of returning guests.

The Founding Members tier offers early access privileges, guided tastings, and invitations to exclusive events, while additional tiers such as Friends of People People and Beer Drop provide curated beer allocations and tasting opportunities throughout the year.

These initiatives reinforce the venue’s focus on creating a social destination centred on shared experiences rather than simply serving as a standalone bar.
