A Collaborative Dinner for a Community in Need

Trattoria Felino will host a special one-night-only charity dinner on 22 December, bringing together some of Hong Kong’s most respected chefs for a multi-course evening in support of families affected by the Tai Po fire. Priced at HK$1,880++ per guest, the dinner donates all revenue from food and beverage to the Hong Kong Red Cross to aid ongoing emergency relief efforts.

Chef Marcello Scognamiglio, co-founder of Trattoria Felino, leads the initiative alongside an impressive roster of chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants and acclaimed kitchens across the city.

An All-Star Line-Up of Chefs

The collaborative menu draws on the strengths of each participating chef, resulting in a diverse and technique-driven culinary journey. The line-up includes:

Cocktails and the signature dessert, THE Flan, will be presented by John Nugent and Angel Chiu of Sugar King.

The Charity Dinner Menu

Guests can expect an extensive progression of dishes, beginning with snacks that showcase seafood, seasonal produce and refined techniques. Courses include Hamachi with jalapeño and shiso, a black truffle–accented cheese soufflé, ravioli del plin with parmesan fondue, grouper in matalotta-style broth and braised beef cheek with roasted vegetables.

Desserts conclude with Sticky Toffee Pudding and THE Flan, paired with a specially crafted daiquiri for the night.

Supporting the Hong Kong Red Cross

All proceeds from the evening go directly to the Hong Kong Red Cross to support affected households through the Tai Po Fire Emergency Appeal. Funds will assist with immediate needs and longer-term community recovery.
