A Season of Golden Celebrations

Sofitel Singapore City Centre presents “Nocturne in Gold,” a festive programme running until 4 January 2026. The hotel’s year-end celebrations span weekday set lunches, champagne brunches, candlelit feasts, afternoon teas, seasonal cocktails and a curated takeaway collection. The theme draws on warm, golden tones to evoke a refined yet celebratory mood throughout the property.

Yuletide Weekday Set Lunch

Available until 24 December and again from 26 to 31 December, the weekday two- and three-course lunch menus spotlight winter ingredients and familiar holiday flavours. Starters include truffle-infused chicken soup and pumpkin–chestnut salad. Mains feature dishes such as Shiraz-braised beef bourguignon and wok-fried black pepper turkey, while desserts include classic Christmas pudding and black forest cake. Lunch is served Sunday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm.

Baubles and Brunch

Every Saturday in November and December, the hotel serves a festive brunch featuring seafood on ice, roasts, warm dishes and a wide dessert spread. Highlights include Boston lobster, oysters, traditional turkey, oven-roasted pork and a selection of Christmas cakes and pastries. Beverage packages are available for guests who wish to elevate the experience.

Magnificent Candlelight Feasts

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are marked by multi-course candlelit meals. Starters include cheese selections and Crème du Barry soup, followed by a range of meats and seafood prepared with seasonal accents. Desserts span from classic log cakes to crêpes Suzette.

Grand Countdown Buffet

On 31 December, the hotel hosts a New Year’s Eve buffet featuring dishes such as seafood bouillabaisse, Angus beef with truffle jus, salmon coulibiac, roasted meats, chorizo pot pie and an assortment of Asian and Western desserts. The buffet runs from 6pm to 10pm.

Tinsel and Tea Afternoon Tea

Available until 4 January 2026, the festive afternoon tea showcases a mix of savoury and sweet treats served in a winter-themed presentation. Guests can expect salmon with citrus and sansho, turkey-inspired bites, mini pastries, log cake variations and chocolate-centred creations. The experience is offered daily from 2pm to 5pm with a minimum of two guests.

Festive Cocktails

Two seasonal cocktails are available through December. Wonderful Thyme offers a sparkling, herb-forward profile, while Jolly Jingle provides a non-alcoholic option featuring berry and spice notes. Both are crafted to pair with the hotel’s festive menus.

Festive Takeaway Collection

The takeaway selection includes handcrafted log cakes, roasts and holiday side dishes. Signature cakes include tropical-inspired logs and chocolate-centred creations. For savoury offerings, the menu features roasted turkey, glazed pork ham, sausages and seasonal sides such as beetroot salad and truffle mashed potatoes.

The Candlelight Experience

Guests can add a Candlelight Experience to their room stay, which includes an in-room dinner lit by candlelight, curated music and the hotel’s signature scent. This enhancement is available for all room categories and is designed for intimate celebrations.
