Spotlight on the Chateaubriand Sharing Steak

The centrepiece of the festive offerings is the Chateaubriand Sharing Experience, available from 1 to 31 December. Diners can pre-order this showstopper in two sizes:

400g Beef Tenderloin (S$152++, serves 2)

800g Beef Tenderloin (S$298++, serves 3–5)

Each is served with Chargrilled Asparagus, Maitake Mushrooms, and a classic Au Poivre Peppercorn Sauce — a hearty and elegant main for any festive gathering.

Complementing the signature Tuscan steaks are new seasonal additions to the menu:

Endive Salad: With Prosciutto di Parma, Black Fig, Pomegranate Molasses, Gorgonzola, and Hazelnuts
