Celebratory Dining at Andō
At one-MICHELIN-starred Andō, Chef Agustin Balbi presents a Christmas Experience Menu available for lunch and dinner from 24 to 27 December. Lunch is priced at HK$988 and dinner at HK$2,500, with wine pairing at HK$1,250.
The menu begins with three bocaditos, followed by Black Olive Sourdough and courses such as Ajo Blanco with Kristal caviar and Balfegó tuna. Guests may add Carabinero Red Prawns for a supplement.
Other dishes include Hokkaido Hand-Dived Scallop with truffle, Kinki Fish with a maitake dumpling, Pigeon with red cabbage and blueberry, and a lobster Arroz Caldoso. Dessert is a sweet potato–chestnut Mont Blanc.
Andō will also host its Toy for a Table charity brunch on 14 December. Guests who bring a new toy receive a festive brunch table, with online donation options available for those unable to attend.

Festive Dining at Estro
From 24 to 25 and 31 December, one-MICHELIN-starred Estro serves its Festive Dinner Menu at HK$2,280 +10% per person. Beverage pairings are available at HK$980 for four glasses or HK$1,580 for seven.
The menu includes Aori-ika with almond and caviar; Blue Lobster with fennel and blood orange; Linguine with Mazara red prawn; wild mushroom Consommé with tortellini; and a choice of Bottoni with black truffle or Tagliolini with Alba white truffle (supplement applies).
Main courses include Lamb with artichoke and mint or Wagyu M9 with morel and truffle. Dessert is Chestnut & Pear with an optional Alba white truffle supplement.

Seasonal Specials at Leela
Leela offers festive à la carte specials from 10 December to 5 January.
Starters include Turkey Seekh Kebab and Black Pepper Pork Rib Shorba Soup.
Vegetarian guests may opt for Bengali Pumpkin Bharta.
Desserts include Qissa Khwani Kheer and Seviyan Pistachio Trifle, the latter combining Indian vermicelli with pistachio cake.

Festive Menus at Louise
One-MICHELIN-starred Louise presents festive menus from 19 to 30 December across both the Main Dining Room and La Terrace. Featured dishes include Scallop Crudo with ajo blanco, Duck & Foie Gras Pie with Périgueux sauce and a Citrus & Honey dessert.
Festive Gift Boxes are available from 18 to 28 December, featuring the restaurant’s signature Roasted Hong Kong Yellow Chicken with selected accompaniments or a Madeleine Box. Orders require at least 12 hours’ notice and are for pick-up from PMQ only.
At La Terrace by Louise, guests will find dishes such as Foie Gras Toast, Duck Ravioli in lime leaf consommé and a chocolate soufflé with coffee–cardamom ice cream.
On 31 December, Louise offers a New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu at HK$2,688 +10% per person, featuring Buckwheat Crêpes with caviar, Langoustine with bisque, Scallop with mushrooms, Foie Gras Ravioli, Koshihikari Rice with truffle and egg yolk, and a three-serve Burgaud Duck.
Festive brunch specials run on 24–26 December and 1 January.
Festive Menus and New Year’s Events at Duddell’s
At one-MICHELIN-starred Duddell’s, Winter Specials run from 20 December 2025 to 31 January 2026. Highlights include Crispy Chicken Wing Stuffed with Glutinous Rice, Braised Lamb Belly with Shiitake and Bamboo Shoot, Baked Chicken with Morel Mushrooms, Braised Pork Belly with Taro, and Claypot Rice with Preserved Meats.
Premium eel dishes will be available from 20 to 22 December, including Braised Giant Mottled Eel Fish and its fish head soup.
The Festive Brunch at The Upper Room runs 20–21 December and 25–28 December, with unlimited dim sum, mains and desserts, plus optional free-flow packages. Sautéed Lobster and Typhoon Shelter Garoupa may be added for a supplement.
Throughout December, the bar offers Festive Cocktails at HK$130 each.
Duddell’s will present a New Year’s Eve Set Menu on 31 December at HK$2,388 +10%. Courses include Crispy Suckling Pig with Caviar, Stuffed Chicken Wing, Crispy Stuffed Crab Shell, Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw, and a choice of Braised Local Lobster or Braised Australian 3-Head Abalone (supplement applies). Additional dishes include Peking Duck, Sautéed Asparagus with wild mushrooms and Fried Wuchang Rice with minced A4 Miyazaki wagyu.
Guests dining on the set menu gain access to the “Midnight Opium” New Year’s Eve party starting at 9:30pm, featuring dance performances and a DJ set by Shäng Dì. Entry passes are also available separately, with Early Bird, regular and table package options.
