Seasonal Executive Lunch

Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic at Forty-Five, LANDMARK, marks the festive season with its Savoir-Faire executive lunch. Priced from HK$680 + 10% per person, the three-course menu reflects Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s signature precision and creativity, set amid Baccarat crystal and sweeping views of Hong Kong. Guests may choose to add further courses, including her well-known Les Berlingots—pasta parcels filled with goat cheese served in a green tomato consommé infused with chrysanthemum and marigold. Beverage pairings, including non-alcoholic options, are also offered.

Noël Éclat Christmas Dinner Menu

On 24 and 25 December, Cristal Room presents the Noël Éclat tasting menu, priced from HK$1,980 + 10%. The menu opens with refined amuse-bouches such as wakame taco with tarama and shiso, pistachio pie tee with shrimp and kaffir lime, and a carrot tartelette with sobacha.

Signature dishes include Les Berlingots ASP© filled with 24-month Comté fondue in a Paris mushroom consommé scented with Oolong tea and smoked vanilla, and Scottish King Scallop cooked meunière with coral cream, Madras curry and sake. Wild Seabass with Petrossian Daurenki Caviar and Champagne Sauce—an enduring Pic family recipe from 1971—also features, alongside Chicken from Bresse paired with sea lettuce, shellfish and a green-curry cabbage bonbon. The meal concludes with Le Millefeuille 2.0, layered with Tahitian vanilla and Provence floral notes. Optional beverage pairings range from HK$788 to HK$1,588.

Lueur Nouvelle New Year’s Eve Dinner

The seven-course Lueur Nouvelle tasting menu on 31 December is priced at HK$3,380 + 10% per person. The dinner begins with an array of delicate amuse-bouches before moving into courses such as Tarboureich Oyster and Mediterranean Tuna with rose geranium and sea fennel ice cream, and Les Berlingots ASP© served in a Roscoff onion consommé enhanced with Tuber Melanosporum truffle and pink pepper.

Further highlights include Scottish Langoustine cooked over embers with grilled leeks and kaffir lime green curry; Wild Seabass with Petrossian Caviar and Champagne Sauce; and Venison Saddle from Alsace marinated with black garlic and coffee, accompanied by mushroom ravioli and fermented dark berries.

A Chocolate Tart Soufflé infused with roasted vanilla, Talisker whisky and white truffle closes the evening. Beverage pairing options—Balade (HK$1,088), Experience (HK$1,788) and Inspirational (HK$2,488)—are available.

The Macallan Masterclass

Cristal Room offers a single remaining masterclass this season on 11 December, held from 3:15pm to 5:00pm. Guided by a Macallan Brand Ambassador, the tasting showcases the Double Cask 12, 15 and 18 Years expressions, illustrating the interplay of American and European oak in shaping flavour and texture.

The session is accompanied by canapés crafted to echo the whiskies’ profiles, including a carrot tartelette with coffee and geranium, Comté feuilleté with marigold, pie-tee with furikake, seaweed and turmeric, and a Valdespino ganache bonbon.

The experience is priced at HK$880 per person, with reservations available via SevenRooms.

Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic is open for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday and for dinner from Monday to Saturday. Reservations can be made via their website.
