Bar Somma continues its Guest List series with a high-profile collaboration this November, hosting the world-renowned Bar Leone (Hong Kong) for a one-night-only takeover on 30 November 2025. Recently crowned #1 on both Asia’s 50 Best Bars and The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, Bar Leone brings its unique Roman spirit to Singapore for this exclusive event, presented in partnership with Campari.

Held at Bar Somma’s stylish space in New Bahru, the evening blends Somma’s modern Italian flair with Bar Leone’s playful approach to traditional cocktails—celebrating craftsmanship, community, and contemporary hospitality.

Bar Leone’s Roman-Inspired Menu

Founded by award-winning bartender Lorenzo Antinori, Bar Leone is celebrated for its cocktail popolari concept—reinterpreting classic drinks with heart, humour, and bold Italian character. For one night only, guests can enjoy four specially curated creations that reflect the essence of neighbourhood Roman bars and the golden age of bartending:

King Kong Old Fashioned: Wild Turkey Bourbon, toasted coconut, banana, sherry, almond, sugar, Angostura bitters

Olive Oil Sour: Wild Turkey Rye, lemon, sherry, honey, extra virgin olive oil, egg white

Margarita de Maíz: Montelobos mezcal, toasted corn-infused Espolòn Blanco, sloe gin, verjus, lime cordial

IL Cacciatore: Bulldog Gin, lemon, cherry tomato, basil, bianco vermouth, black pepper

Each cocktail is priced at S$24, and the evening’s menu will also feature Bar Somma’s signature drinks and a curated selection of food pairings.
