High above the bustle of Novena, Sky22—the signature restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena—has just unveiled a refreshed à la carte menu that celebrates local ingredients, regional inspiration, and cross-cultural flair.

Curated by Director of F&B John Chye, the new offerings balance comfort with culinary craftsmanship. The updated menu features inventive small plates, elevated mains, and elegant desserts—all designed to reflect Sky22’s ethos of mindful dining with a view.

Local Inspiration, Global Techniques

Southeast Asian traditions form the backbone of Sky22’s updated direction. The Chicken & Pork Belly Satayreimagines a hawker staple with tender skewers, ketupat rice cakes, and creamy peanut sauce. Meanwhile, the Sotong Bakar Taco fuses grilled squid with sambal garlic and chinchalok in a soft taco shell—a punchy, umami-packed starter.

Signature favourites like the Tiger Prawn Laksa Lemak remain, delivering comfort and nostalgia with a modern twist.

Main Courses: From Comfort to Elevated Fusion

The mains traverse East and West with finesse:

• Miso-Glazed Halibut sits on pearl barley risotto with spring vegetables for a light, refined bite

• Seafood Marinara with Green Sambal offers a Southeast Asian take on a classic Italian pasta

• Roasted-Braised Pork Belly comes with radish cake and chinchalok lime for a play on texture and acidity

Western classics are equally well-executed:

• Coq au Vin with kampung chicken and root vegetables

• Sky22 Wagyu Beef Burger topped with a sunny-side-up cage-free egg and house chipotle mayo

• Beer-Battered Fish & Chips using halibut for a light, crispy crunch

• Steak Frites featuring Australian Black Angus rib-eye and optional grilled tiger prawns

Desserts: Tropical Elegance

For a sweet finish, the Rum Baba is soaked in vanilla-spiced rum syrup and served with coconut ice cream, while the White Chocolate Honey Panna Cotta is topped with coconut streusel and fresh berries—a satisfying yet delicate end to the meal.

Located on Level 22, Sky22’s floor-to-ceiling views and biophilic interiors offer a relaxed, elevated setting perfect for lunches, dinners, or casual catchups. Its signature terrazzo communal table and nature-inspired design encourage guests to linger and reconnect.

To celebrate Singapore’s 60th birthday, Sky22 is offering 60% off every second main course (of equal or lower value) daily from 6pm–10:30pm, until 31 August 2025. Diners also enjoy complimentary parking with a minimum spend of S$50.
