Fresh off its continued MICHELIN star and One Diamond recognition, CHAAT Hong Kong is back with a bold new offering from Chef de Cuisine Gaurav Kuthari. This June, diners are invited to explore the restaurant’s latest à la carte creations and an all-new weekday lunch set that reimagines the vibrancy of Indian street food with elevated finesse.

Chef Gaurav’s menu is a celebration of India’s regional flavours, weaving in culinary storytelling, refined techniques, and surprising combinations. Think nostalgic comfort with a luxe twist.

Some of the standout new à la carte dishes include:

  • Samosa Tart (HK$168): A playful spin on the classic, with spiced potato, peas, raisins, and nuts in a flaky tart shell.

  • Kerala Lobster Curry (HK$798): Boston lobster in a rich coconut-based curry infused with fennel and mustard seeds.

  • Rajasthani Banjara Gosht (HK$418): Slow-cooked lamb neck braised in yoghurt and warming spices.

  • Angara Paneer Tikka (HK$218): Cottage cheese marinated with chestnut and green apple, grilled over coal for a smoky finish.

  • Kasundi Lamb Chop (HK$698): Juicy lamb chops marinated in Bengali mustard, honey, and turmeric, topped with tangy beetroot.

  • Mains: Old Delhi Butter Chicken, Burrata Corn Palak, or Rajasthani Banjara Gosht

  • Sides & Dessert: Fresh naan, Bondi Raita, and a choice of dessert (e.g., Seasonal Kulfi or Kashmiri Walnut Pudding)

Diners can elevate their lunch with premium upgrades like Tandoori Wagyu Cheek (+HK$108) or Goan Fish Curry (+HK$88).
