Sofitel Singapore City Centre is rolling out the chocolate eggs, carving up roasts, and mixing Easter cocktails this April with a one-day-only Easter Buffet Brunch that promises something for every palate and age group.

Happening on Sunday, 21 April 2025, the hotel’s signature restaurant, Racines, is bringing back its popular Easter Extravaganza—a decadent, family-friendly feast with gourmet food, themed activities, and a few sweet surprises along the way.

Brunch, But Make It French

This year’s spread is a luxurious showcase of French and international cuisine, with everything from succulent roasts to fresh seafood and decadent desserts. Guests can expect:
