In celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday, Pullman Singapore Hill Street has teamed up with Old Chang Kee to present a unique heritage-inspired afternoon tea at Madison’s, the hotel’s stylish all-day dining venue. Available from 3 March to 30 April 2025, this collaboration marks Old Chang Kee’s first-ever partnership with a hospitality brand in Singapore, offering a modern take on traditional flavours in an elegant setting.

Madison’s, known for its New York-inspired charm and contemporary tea-time treats, is embracing Singapore’s rich culinary heritage with an afternoon tea menu that combines local favourites with a modern twist.

The menu is divided into Sidewalk Savouries and Sweet Fun, featuring beloved flavours elevated with refined culinary techniques.

  • Old Chang Kee Curry Potato Puff – A mini version of the iconic Curry’O, packed with fragrant curried potatoes and encased in a flaky crust.
  • Old Chang Kee Sardine Puff – A bite-sized rendition of the popular Sardine’O, filled with bold, spiced sardine filling.
  • Laksa Shrimp Vol-au-Vent – A buttery pastry filled with Old Chang Kee’s signature laksa paste, topped with premium caviar.
