The residency will run daily from 13 to 24 March 2024, with both lunch and dinner available for enthusiasts eager to indulge in Chef Andre’s creations.

Discover timeless signatures from Restaurant Andre and RAW in this exclusive 12-course menu carefully curated by Chef Andre, priced at S$650++ per guest, inclusive of a thoughtfully selected alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage pairing to complement this gastronomic journey.

La Dame de Pic, Raffles Singapore will be temporarily transformed into Chef Andre’s culinary haven, providing the perfect backdrop for an immersive dining experience.  While Chef Andre takes centre stage, La Dame de Pic, Raffles Singapore’s Chef de Cuisine Alexandre Alves Pereira and Pastry Chef Clement Cano will be travelling to Valence to collaborate with Anne-Sophie Pic on the creation of a new spring menu.
