Inspired by New York speakeasies, PS.Cafe at Ann Siang Hill has long been an iconic location for cocktails, delicious dinners and decadent desserts.

With stunning Chinatown views from an expansive indoor lounge and rooftop deck bask in the moonlight at Verandah Bar whilst you imbibe an array of delicious cocktails, spirits and more.

On top of that, the Bar is also home to the Verandah Fizz (S$21++), a special cocktail curated by PS.Cafe’s in-house mixologist using the brand’s own Verandah Gin. Verandah Gin combines traditional botanicals with coconut, lemongrass, pandan leaves, a burst of fresh lemon peel and fragrant spices, transporting you to a place where time blissfully lingers.

Find yourself a comfy chair on the rooftop deck and relax as you enjoy the fragrant and refreshing Verandah Fizz, whilst taking in the stunning city views.

Bar Bites

The Verandah Bar also boasts its own menu of delicious bar bites in PS.Cafe’s signature comfort food style. The menu features 13 dishes, made up of classics such as the iconic Truffle Shoestring Fries (S$18++) and Crispy Seafood Basket (S$22++), as well as some new favourites to be discovered.

New additions include the Crisp & Three Dips (S$22++), which is a board of toasted Turkish bread, crispy baguette, sourdough & ciabatta thins, and homemade dips. Other new delicacies to try are the Chargrilled Chicken Satay (S$19++), which comes with a spicy satay yummy sharing platter comprising a sauce and the Chicken Fingers (S$19++), accompanied by a tamarind chilli and kaffir lime aioli.

Dessert lovers have not been forgotten either! Well-loved PS.Cafe staples such as the Sticky Date Pudding (S$15++) and Dark Chocolate Pecan Pie (S$18++) feature alongside new additions such as the Banana Apple Crumble and Strawberry Crème Brulee (S$15++).

Special events

The Verandah Bar also plays host to exciting happenings every week! The brand has launched three new weekly events to bring guests through the weekend with the best island beats, cocktails and a good dose of yummy treats.

Truffle Thursday
Truffle Thursday (no entrance fee, just buy a drink) is back by popular demand. Enjoy drinks, free-flow truffle fries and party vibes provided by DJs Shigeki, Akito and Thomas. Every Thursday from 6pm.

ASH FlyDay
Shed the worries of the week and start the weekend right with 1-for-1s on the Verandah Fizz cocktail, which is made using PS.Cafe’s very own distillation. Every Friday from 6pm.

Verandah Saturdays
Why have one when you can have two? Gather up your besties and sip away every Saturday with 1-for-1 Divici Rose Prosecco ($17++) (served by the glass). Every Saturday from 3pm.
