Overlooking Singapore’s stunning Strait and Bay, from 12 – 4 PM, the multi-concept social spaces will transform into an adults-only soiree packed with groove-laden music and booze-soaked brunch debauchery. Highlights include the brunch’s much acclaimed 4-hour bottomless flow of Champagne alongside a plethora of spirits and cocktails and CÉ LA VI’s signature contemporary Asian gastronomy.
Live buffet stations offer a wide array of simplicity and decadence from Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov. Dishes range from pristinely shucked oysters, satays, and pandan waffles to Wagyu Beef Rolls and the finest seafood selections, such as Steamed Barramundi and Grilled Snapper with Green Mango Salad.
Opt for the scrumptious tapas-style sides, like Padron Pepper coated with nutty gunpowder, and easy-to-mop-up hung yoghurt dressing.
