The highly anticipated Lobsterfest at Lime Restaurant finally returns after a two-year hiatus, bigger and better than before! From 15 July to 31 August 2022, you can once again dive deep into a medley of tantalising lobster dishes at the buffet stations, savour freshly prepared dishes on pass-around, or step out to the alfresco barbeque corner for lobsters grilled to perfection. Taking it up a notch this year, Lime Restaurant is also lining up daily entertainment and music for an enlivening gastronomic experience.

You will be served a sumptuous buffet dinner featuring highly rated favourites such as the Chilli Crab Lobster, Black Pepper Lobster, and Steamed Lobster with Golden Garlic Paste and Wine. Other must-tries include Lime’s signature Lobster Laksa and the rich and creamy Lobster Risotto in Tarragon Cream.

Those who prefer their lobster au natural should definitely try the Lobsters on ice from the seafood bar too. As you’re eating, keep an eye on the service ambassadors who will be moving from table to table with pass-around dishes such as the Lobster Cocktail and Spicy Lobster Mango Skewers that are best enjoyed freshly made.

At the alfresco barbeque live station, you can also relish unlimited servings of chargrilled lobsters topped with your favourite sauce, Hollandaise, BBQ Smoked Hickory, or Spicy Avocado. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere as the festival’s DJ dishes out upbeat tunes and delicious aromas fill the air – it’s a true feast for the senses.

If you’re a light eater or you’re not up for a full buffet, fret not! You can still enjoy the sweet and succulent lobster with Lime’s three-course set lunch, which offers mouth-watering highlights such as the Lobster Cauliflower Bisque, California Lobster Roll, and Homemade Lobster Tortellini as well as a choice of a dessert, a pint of beer or a refreshing glass of cocktail.
