In observance of Singapore’s 57th National Day, Jack’s Place has a special loco-licious menu specially for the month of August. Dishes such as Chik Kut Teh Sauce on Chicken Chop and Orh-Luak on Ribeye celebrate the true Singaporean Story.

Their new range of local delights complements their perennial menu: a combination of their Western best-sellers with highly flavorsome local sauces, to create a memorable meal experience.

For starters, you can dig into their Singaporean-inspired appetizers of Chicken Satay Kueh Pie Tee or Fruity White Rojak. Their chicken satay kueh pie tee comes with grilled chicken with satay sauce, iced cucumber, and cilantro on the side. But if you’re feeling that you want a fix of sweet and salty, go for their fruity white rojak, which has bite-sized cucumber, dragon fruit, mango, and pineapple with crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, and crispy taupok!

For their special mains, if you’re a fan of steak, consider trying their Chik Kut Teh sauce on Chicken Chop and Orh-Luak on Grilled Ribeye Steak.

Jack’s Place’s specialty is its ability to top its tender juicy steaks and main courses with a choice of local and international house special sauces such as sambal, black pepper, brown sauce, or truffle butter.  Hence, these two scrumptious combinations that celebrate the true Singaporean story are definitely worth a try!

If you’re craving some seafood, you should definitely try their chilli crab pasta. The dish itself contains a variety of seafood, including prawns, squid and fish fillet, and of course, the iconic Singapore Chilli Crab. If you want something creamier, you can try their Laksa Barramundi, which features grilled barramundi fillet with creamy laksa sauce, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
