From 1^st December onward, begin your dining experience with appetizers that include Bruschetta topped with Chitose Cherry Tomatoes, Stracciatella and Basil Pesto (S$18) or Vitello Tonnato – Veal Carpaccio, Tuna Mayo, Crispy Ox Tongue and Caper Berry (S$28). For the secondi course, enjoy the seasonal pasta Agnolotti made with Japanese Pumpkin, Almond, Sage and topped with Amaretti Crumble (S$24).

The main course includes all our classic steak cuts, as well as a succulent Slow Braised Beef Cheek served with Parsnip Puree, Glazed Pearl Onions and Bone Marrow Croutons (S$56). If you want a sharing steak for two, we’ve added a signature Tenderloin “Chateaubriand” 560g, served with Wilted Spinach and Green Pepper Corn Sauce (S$158). Accompanying the meat, we’ve added these seasonal sharing side dishes: Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese made with Lobster Bechamel, Gruyère Cheese, Brandy, Bread Crumbs (S$24) or the ever-popularRoasted Brussel Sprouts with Smoked Bacon and Wholegrain Mustard (S$16).

Last but certainly not least, enjoy the new decadent Vanilla Panna Cotta served with Moro Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, Orange & Cacao Tuile (S$15) or Torta Della Nonna – Lemon Curd, Caramelized Pine Nuts and Raspberry Sorbet (S$15).

Oakwood Premier AMTD Yuletide Feast

Herald the Yuletide season with your loved ones from Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore’s SE7ETH with their Yuletide Feast (S$155+) that has been curated by Executive Chef Gary Lim. The impressive bundle feeds 3 to 4 persons and has succulent festive specialties such as the beautifully handcrafted Oven-baked Pancetta-wrapped Turkey Leg with Mushroom Duxelles and Crouton Stuffing with Port Reduction Sauce and an equally enticing Pineapple-glazed Honey Ham with Cranberry Sauce, that is basted every 5 minutes during a 2-hour bake time to achieve the perfect amount of moist and sweetness.

Feast on the trimmings that features a thanksgiving classic of Sweet Potato and Marshmallow Gratin, Butter-glazed Brussels sprouts with Raspberries and winter vegetables of Herb-roasted Carrot and Celeriac. There even is a vegan dessert of Buche de Noel, which comprises of airy layers of banana mousse and sponge cake atop a bed of hazelnut feuilletine, sheathed beneath Valrhona Equatoriale Noire 55% chocolate-infused cremeux.
