With the Covid-19, travelling isn’t encouraged but since we can’t travel…then let the travel come to us! Let’s pretend that we’re now in Tokyo enjoying Spring during Afternoon Tea at Crossroads Bar.

Inspired by the sakura, Executive Chef Martin Tan has curated the menu which uses ingredients such as unagi, matcha and yuzu. Tea is served on a classic silver three-tier tray offers luxury savoury bites such as Yuzu Salmon Rillettes Éclair, Truffle Sōmen Noodles with Scallop and Ikura, Unagi Kabayaki and Tamagoyaki, Japanese Braised Pork Belly and Teriyaki Cod Fish Croquette.

A quintessential selection of sweet treats including Sakura Chiffon Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, Matcha Swiss Roll, Green Tea Panna Cotta and Mizu Yōkan (Azuki Bean Jelly) completes this elegant indulgence.

Time to bring your partner or a good friend to relax and enjoy some good food!

‘Spring in Tokyo’ Afternoon Tea will be available at Crossroads Bar, Monday to Sunday from 6 March 2020 to 31 May 2020 and is priced at S$42++ per person (minimum of two diners per order), paired with TWG tea or freshly brewed artisanal coffee.
