Planning a Christmas gathering but not keen on spending the day in the kitchen? Swissbake and sister brand ZAC Butchery have unveiled their 2026 Christmas collection, featuring halal-certified festive roasts, side dishes, cakes and ready-made meal bundles.

The menu caters to everything from smaller family dinners to larger gatherings, with three festive bundles starting at S$248. Individual dishes are also available for anyone who would rather mix and match.

Christmas roasts and savoury dishes

Roasted lamb rack from ZAC Butchery's Christmas 2026 collection

For a traditional centrepiece, there is the Roasted Beef Ribeye (1.5kg, S$168), made with Australian ribeye, a spice seasoning and demi-glace sauce. The Roasted Lamb Rack (1kg, S$158) uses Australian lamb with buffalo spices.

Those who prefer poultry can order the Roasted Cajun Chicken (1.8kg, S$72), accompanied by chicken and cranberry stuffing. The Chicken Lasagna (1kg, S$38) offers another substantial option, particularly for a table with guests who prefer pasta alongside the roasts.

Two festive salads to balance the spread

The Quinoa Cranberry Salad (450g, S$15) combines citrus notes, cranberries and contrasting textures. Meanwhile, the Honey Roasted Sweet Potato Salad with Caramelised Walnuts (450g, S$15) pairs roasted sweet potato with crunchy, sweet walnuts. Either could provide a lighter accompaniment to a meat-heavy Christmas menu.

Yule log cakes and fruit cakes

There are two log cakes this year, both priced at S$78. The Decadent Chocolate Yule Log (650g) offers the classic chocolate option, while the Enchanted Matcha Taro Yule Log (530g) combines matcha and taro for something less conventional.

Smaller cakes are available too: the Cranberry Lemon Fruit Cake (340g, S$28) and Chocolate Orange Fruit Cake (330g, S$28). These could work as gifts or as a separate dessert for guests who do not want a log cake.

Swissbake Christmas 2026 festive bundles

For hosts who would rather purchase a complete meal, the collection includes three bundles:

  • The Holiday Classic — S$248 (usual price S$294), serves 2–4: Roasted Turkey, Chicken Lasagna, both festive salads and a choice of either Yule Log Cake.
  • The Merry Gathering — S$298 (usual price S$348), serves 4–6: Roasted Cajun Chicken, Roasted Beef Ribeye, both festive salads and a choice of Yule Log Cake.
  • The Ultimate Joy — S$418 (usual price S$506), serves 4–6: Roasted Cajun Chicken, Roasted Lamb Rack, Roasted Beef Ribeye, both salads and a choice of Yule Log Cake.

The bundles offer savings of S$46 to S$88 compared with their listed usual prices. For smaller households, however, ordering selected à la carte dishes may make more sense than buying a full bundle.
