Planning where to eat during the Singapore Grand Prix weekend? Stags Head Steakhouse at Pan Pacific Singapore is extending its dining hours from 9 to 11 October 2026, giving racegoers another option for Singapore F1 dining in the Marina Centre area.

Across the three-day race weekend, the modern British-inspired steakhouse will offer all-day dining, a daily one-for-one Happy Hour and later dinner seatings. The Dining Room and Library Bar & Lounge will open from 11:30am, while the final dinner seating will be pushed back to 10:30pm.

Wood-fired steaks and British-inspired dishes

Located on Level 3 of Pan Pacific Singapore, Stags Head takes its cues from London steakhouse dining and Mayfair cocktail bars. The menu centres on steaks cooked over charcoal and applewood, including Australian F1 Wagyu Porterhouse and Tomahawk, as well as Dry-Aged Bone-In Sirloin.

The larger cuts are intended for sharing, which may suit groups looking for a meal before heading to the circuit or a later dinner after the evening’s action.

There are also plenty of British touches beyond the grill. Starters include freshly shucked Irish oysters, Stags Beef Tartare and baked bone marrow served with oxtail jam. Sides range from Yorkshire puddings with beef dripping jus to beef fat roast potatoes and Mac & Cheese.

A newer sharing dish, the Cottage Pie, combines slow-braised Wagyu and bone marrow with pommes purée and a sourdough crumb.

Daily one-for-one Happy Hour from 3pm to 7pm

Those heading into town earlier can stop by the Library Bar & Lounge for Happy Hour, which will run from 3pm to 7pm every day of the F1 weekend, including Saturday and Sunday.

The offer covers one-for-one beers, ciders, cocktails and wines. Drinks purchased during Happy Hour also come with a chef’s selection of complimentary sliders. Cocktail options include familiar classics such as Espresso Martinis, Manhattans and Negronis.

British Sunday Roast on race day

On Sunday, 11 October, Stags Head will also serve its British Sunday Roast for both lunch and dinner.

The sharing menu includes choices such as Chateaubriand, Dry-Aged Bone-In Sirloin, Dingley Dell Double Pork Chop and Barnsley Lamb Chop. These are served with beef-fat roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, gravy and seasonal vegetables selected by the kitchen.

Depending on the cut ordered, the sharing portions are designed for groups of around two to five diners.
