QT Singapore is introducing three new dining concepts at Cygnet, expanding its day-to-night dining rhythm in the heart of the Central Business District. The refreshed lineup includes an all-day brunch menu, a steak-focused evening experience, and a relaxed Sunday programme built around martinis, oysters and casual bar plates.
Together, the offerings reflect QT’s signature playful hospitality style while creating flexible options for everything from weekday coffee stops to weekend catch-ups.
A New All-Day Brunch Experience at Cygnet
Cygnet’s updated brunch programme brings a produce-forward approach shaped by Australian café influences, combining familiar comfort dishes with more contemporary flavour pairings.
Highlights include the Sunrise Bowl, layered with strawberry and rhubarb compote and coconut yoghurt for a lighter start to the day, alongside the Artisanal Steak Pie, filled with slow-cooked beef in onion, soy caramel, demi-glace and fish sauce wrapped in golden pastry.
The QT Smashed Avo Toast continues the café-style direction with poached eggs, feta and pistachio dukkah served on toasted sourdough.
Coffee remains central to the experience, with beans sourced from Margaret River Roasting Co. alongside a playful lineup of specialty drinks such as the Hazel Nutty Royal, combining Nutella, hazelnut and espresso with whipped cream, and The Golden Brûlée, an iced double latte finished with crème brûlée syrup, sea salt and toasted brown sugar.
Steak Frites Evenings with Endless Fries and $1 Oysters
From evening onwards, Cygnet shifts into a more indulgent dining mode with its Steak Frites programme, available Monday to Saturday from 5:30pm.
Guests can choose from several cuts, including a classic steak option, Picanha, or premium Ōmi Wagyu, each served with unlimited golden fries. Prices begin at S$48, with upgrades available for Argentinian Ribeye and Ōmi Wagyu selections.
To complement the experience, freshly shucked oysters are available at S$1 each (up to 12 per guest) until 7:30pm, pairing naturally with Moët & Chandon Champagne, offered by the glass or bottle.
Cygnet Sundays Bring Martini-Focused Evenings to the CBD
Designed for relaxed drop-in visits and unplanned catch-ups, Cygnet Sundays runs weekly from 4pm to 11pm, offering a casual yet refined way to wind down the weekend.
The programme centres on $15 martinis, $1 oysters, and a rotating selection of bar bites, with martinis built around gin from Archie Rose Distilling Co. across three styles:
- Classic Martini
- Dry Lime Martini
- Dirty Martini
From 5pm, the QT Signature menu becomes available, featuring heartier dishes such as the Cygnet New York Burger and Spaghetti alle Vongole, making the experience suitable for both drinks and dinner.
Together, the brunch menu, Steak Frites evenings and Sunday martini sessions position Cygnet as a flexible all-day destination within the CBD for both weekday dining and weekend gatherings.
