Singapore’s Leading Vegan Bistro Launches Futuristic Dishes

The Kind Bowl, a mainstay in Singapore’s plant-based food scene and ranked 6th on the Top 50 Restaurants in the World 2023, is pushing culinary boundaries once again. Known for its commitment to flavourful and accessible vegan fare, The Kind Bowl is now launching a new menu that embraces cutting-edge food technologies — without compromising on tradition or taste.

What’s New on the Menu?

The updated selection features inventive dishes that incorporate alternative proteins and futuristic ingredients while staying rooted in Southeast Asian flavours. Highlights include:

The Kind Pho – A Vietnamese-inspired noodle soup featuring Kind Chick’n, slow-cooked with onions, gingers, and secret herbs.

XO Fried Kind Rice – Fragrant fried rice tossed in XO sauce with grilled Kind Chick’n for a nostalgic yet meatless experience.

Kind Khao Soi – Northern Thai coconut curry noodles made with alt-chicken and a rich spice blend, topped with crunchy wonton skins.

Kind Bun Hue – A bold take on Vietnamese bun bo hue, using a meatless ‘beef’ broth and spicy lemongrass notes.

All these dishes use innovative proteins such as OmniFoods’ plant-based offerings, which help The Kind Bowl maintain its commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing.

A Menu Rooted in Social Impact

Beyond great food, The Kind Bowl continues to promote its core mission: eating for a better world. The restaurant donates a portion of its profits to causes that support animal welfare, climate change solutions, and food security. By working with partners such as Green Monday and OmniFoods, The Kind Bowl remains a champion of conscious dining.

A Taste of the Future, Today

Whether you’re a long-time vegan, flexitarian, or simply curious, The Kind Bowl’s new tech vegan dishes offer a chance to savour bold flavours while supporting a future-forward mission. Their dishes prove that sustainability and innovation can — and should — coexist on the plate.
