Every Friday and Saturday at the stroke of midnight, guests are invited to toast the evening with a featured Champagne by the glass at $25++ (U.P. $32++). The ritual kicks off with Maxime Blin Carte Blanche Brut NV — a lively cuvée selected for its refined character and celebratory spirit .
