This June, Hong Kong diners are in for a rare culinary experience that promises to redefine Indian fine dining. For two days only, Rosewood Hong Kong’s one-MICHELIN-starred CHAAT will join forces with the globally acclaimed Indian Accent to present an exclusive menu spotlighting progressive Indian cuisine in Hong Kong.

On 20 and 21 June 2025, diners can indulge in a multi-course menu designed by Chef Gaurav Kuthari of CHAAT and Chef Shantanu Mehrotra, culinary director of Indian Accent, which has long been celebrated as one of India’s most pioneering and decorated restaurants. This collaboration marks the first time Indian Accent will be showcased in Hong Kong.
Silken Tofu Kofta
Expect an elevated exploration of Indian flavours—where tradition meets innovation—through dishes like Soft Shell Crab with Madras Gunpowder, Wagyu Sweet Onion Korma, and Kashmiri Gucchi Pulao. For dessert, the chefs are bringing reimagined classics such as Pistachio and White Chocolate Gujiya and Indian Accent’s signature Daulat Ki Chaat.
“Indian Accent has always been about pushing the boundaries of Indian cuisine while staying rooted in its heritage,” says Chef Shantanu Mehrotra. “Collaborating with CHAAT allows us to explore that philosophy even further, in a new and exciting setting like Hong Kong.”
