This exclusive three-night event promises a culinary celebration of Southern Italian flavours, tradition, and modern flair, brought to life by one of the biggest names in global pizza.

The pop-up is a major milestone for Fortuna, which was recently ranked #28 on Asia’s 50 Top Pizzerias and has quickly earned a loyal following for its bold flavours and convivial Italian spirit. Co-founded by Egon Marzaioli, Omar Tutino, and Giorgio Sorce (himself ranked #99 in the world), Fortuna blends Sicilian soul and Neapolitan fire on every plate.

Two Unmissable Menus to Choose From

Guests can choose between two curated dining experiences:

• Early Evening 5-Course Menu (S$60++/pax, 5:00–6:30 PM)
  For those seeking a relaxed, pre-dinner treat, this shorter tasting menu includes highlights like:

  • Midnight Spaghetti

  • Fried Sfincione

  • Ab-braciami (Angus carpaccio and grilled mayo)

  • Neapolitan dough with Cetara anchovies and crystallised sage

• Signature 7-Course Menu (S$160++/couple)
  Available across two seatings (6:30–8:30 PM and 8:30–10:30 PM), the full tasting menu is a tribute to Southern Italy’s rich culinary traditions. Look forward to inventive dishes such as:
