Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering is getting into the Oktoberfest spirit with a German-inspired buffet dinner running from 25 September to 4 October 2026. Alongside the food, diners can opt for free-flow beer and wine, while live music adds to the atmosphere on selected evenings.

The buffet still keeps some of Lime Restaurant’s familiar signatures in the mix. Its Seafood on Ice spread includes Boston lobster, snow crab, Nordic chilled salmon and octopus salad, while the charcuterie selection features smoked Black Forest ham, Bierschinken, German salami, Emmental, Camembert and Gouda.

German-style meats take centre stage

The heavier Oktoberfest dishes arrive at the carving and grill stations. Expect herb-roasted rolled pork and oven-roasted Güggeli, together with smoked Bockwurst sausage, Münchner Weisswurst and smoked Emmentaler cheese sausage from the Josper Grill.

Those dining on Friday or Saturday will also get access to two additional dishes: rotisserie-roasted Spanferkel and Erdinger Weissbier-infused smoked Wagyu beef brisket. The brisket is brined with Erdinger Weissbier before being wood-smoked for eight hours.

Other German-inspired additions include Bavarian Käsespätzle, Biergarten pizza and Bavarian lobster bisque. Desserts rotate between options such as Apfelstrudel and Black Forest cake.

Free-flow Erdinger and live music

Diners who want the full Oktoberfest experience can add S$35 per adult for free-flow Erdinger Weissbier as well as house-pour red and white wines.

A live band will perform from Wednesday to Saturday, with sets scheduled from 6.30pm to 7pm and 7.30pm to 8pm.
