If your idea of Grand Prix season involves more than watching cars go around the Marina Bay circuit, Temper is putting together a race-week programme that gives you plenty of reasons to eat, drink and stay out late.

From 2 to 11 October 2026, the wine room and lounge at Mondrian Singapore Duxton will host Feel The Speed, a series of four events built around wine, food and music. There are Grand Cru tasting flights for serious wine drinkers, a collaborative dinner inspired by Formula 1 circuits, and two late-night parties featuring local and international DJs.

There will also be three race-week cocktails available throughout the programme, plus a prediction contest for diners who think they know who will make it onto the Singapore Grand Prix podium.

Start race week with Grand Cru wines

The programme begins with Grand Prix: Grand Cru on 2 and 3 October, where Master Sommelier Roberto Durán has curated three tasting flights.

Each flight comes with three 125ml pours — one sparkling, one white and one red — with prices ranging from S$138++ to S$328++ depending on how far down the wine rabbit hole you want to go.

The P3 flight at S$138++ includes wines such as the 2016 Château Qvintus Grand Cru, while the S$328++ P1 flight steps things up with the likes of 2016 Louis Roederer Cristal and 2021 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru from Domaine Jean Fery.

Rather than keeping things overly formal, local DJs including Heavyitch, Titus, Ramesh, Hookstyle, Brendon P and KFC will be playing vinyl throughout the evenings.

Dates: 2–3 October 2026
Price: From S$138++ per tasting flight

Five chefs take on five F1 destinations

Food takes centre stage on 5 and 6 October with Ignition, a five-course dinner inspired by five destinations on the Formula 1 calendar.

Each course has been created by a different chef, with the journey moving from Jeddah to Suzuka, Marina Bay, Monza and Barcelona-Catalunya.

The line-up includes:

  • Chef Anas Shami — Mediterranean-Levantine dips with sesame ka’ak, inspired by Jeddah
  • Chef Alvin Leong of Firebird — grilled chicken thigh with aka miso, eggplant and shiso for Suzuka
  • Chef Nicolas Tam of Willow and Temper — Josper-grilled squid with sambal butter and red onion salad for Marina Bay
  • Chef Antonio Miscellaneo of La Bottega Enoteca and Casa Vostra — tagliatelle with ossobuco ragù and gremolata for Monza
  • Chef Carlos Montobbio of Esquina and Carlitos — crema Catalana with hazelnut ice cream and cocoa Montmeló tuile for Barcelona

The five-course menu is priced at S$128++.

There are optional wine pairings too, curated by Roberto Durán, with three tiers ranging from S$98++ to S$300++ for five glasses. Temper’s regular dinner menu will still be available on both evenings if you are dining with someone who does not want to commit to the full race-inspired menu.

Dates: 5–6 October 2026
Price: S$128++ for the five-course dinner, excluding wine pairing

Overdrive brings hip-hop, R&B and live violin

Race week gets louder on 8 October when Temper shifts from dinner service into party mode.

Overdrive pairs DJ PRAV with violinist SPADEZ for a night of hip-hop and R&B from 8.30pm till late.

PRAV is known for sets that move between hip-hop, R&B, Afrobeats, Amapiano and future beats, while SPADEZ combines a background in classical violin with DJing.

The result is essentially classic records with live violin layered into the mix — considerably less conventional than your standard post-dinner DJ set.

Date: 8 October 2026
Time: 8.30pm till late

Taylah Elaine makes her Singapore debut

The biggest late-night event arrives on 10 October with Apex, organised in collaboration with Singapore music collective GrooveTop.

London-based DJ Taylah Elaine will make her Singapore debut, bringing a mix of R&B, hip-hop, dancehall and electronic music to Temper.

She has previously appeared at festivals including Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, Wireless, Rolling Loud and Boiler Room Festival.

Local hip-hop veteran Ollie’Des will open the night before Taylah Elaine takes over the decks.

Date: 10 October 2026
Time: 10.30pm till late

Race-week cocktails will be available throughout

Even if you are not attending one of the ticketed or special-menu events, Temper will be serving three cocktails created specifically for Feel The Speed from 2 to 11 October.

Green Light combines gin, sencha tea, umeshu and maraschino cherry, while Night Circuit goes in a smokier direction with mezcal, Pedro Ximénez sherry, orange bitters, saline and citric.

The Skyline mixes gin with St-Germain elderflower liqueur, Lillet Blanc, egg white, orange blossom water and lime, before being topped with prosecco.

Think you can predict the Singapore Grand Prix podium?

Diners visiting Temper during Feel The Speed can also take part in Podium Pick.

The idea is simple: predict who will finish P1, P2 and P3 at the Singapore Grand Prix before race day.

Prizes include Temper dining vouchers, wine and wine accessories, with the first-prize package including S$300 in dining vouchers and a limited-edition bottle of Trento Blanc de Blancs Brut Jeroboam.

With everything from Grand Cru wines to squid with sambal butter and a Boiler Room DJ on the programme, Feel The Speed looks aimed at people who want their Grand Prix week to extend well beyond the race itself.
