Hilton is spotlighting the diversity of South East Asian flavours with the launch of Sips of South East Asia, a limited-edition cocktail collection inspired by the region’s cities, ingredients and drinking culture. Crafted by Hilton’s bartenders across Asia Pacific, the menu brings together native botanicals, tropical fruits and familiar spirits to create cocktails that reflect a strong sense of place.

Available for a limited time at selected Hilton properties across the region, the collection offers guests a way to explore South East Asia through the lens of contemporary cocktail craft.

Five Cocktails, Five Regional Interpretations

Each cocktail in the Sips of South East Asia collection draws inspiration from a specific destination, pairing Bacardi portfolio spirits with ingredients commonly found in local kitchens.

Singapore’s contribution comes in the form of a herb-forward spritz that layers pandan, curry leaf and laksa leaf for a fresh yet savoury profile. From Kuala Lumpur, a whisky-based aperitivo reimagines a classic Jungle Bird, balancing bitterness with tropical fruit notes. Vietnam’s offering highlights dragonfruit, combining its natural sweetness with subtle nuttiness for a smooth, refreshing finish.

Bangkok is represented by two contrasting drinks: one that reinterprets a Margarita with beetroot, ginger and citrus, and another non-alcoholic cocktail that blends banana, pineapple and mulberry soda for a tropical, zero-proof option. Together, the drinks showcase the breadth of flavours found across South East Asia, from aromatic herbs to fruit-driven profiles.

A Limited-Time Festive Offering

The Sips of South East Asia collection is available from mid-December through to the end of February, making it a timely addition to festive celebrations and early-year travel. Guests can find the cocktails at participating Hilton hotels across countries including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines, among others.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all menu, the collection emphasises storytelling and local identity, allowing each bar to present a drink that reflects its surroundings while remaining cohesive as part of a regional showcase.

In Singapore, selected Hilton and Conrad properties are participating in the Sips of South East Asia programme, offering guests the opportunity to try the collection without leaving the city.
