Festive Brunches High Above the City

SUSHISAMBA Singapore is marking the holiday season with a lineup of festive brunches throughout December, each set against sweeping rooftop views from 52 floors up.
The Copacabana Festive Brunch, held on 6, 13 and 27 December, features live sushi and robata stations alongside a lavish dessert spread. Guests can expect burnt cheesecake with coffee tuile, caramelised pineapple with coconut crème brûlée, a black forest log, churros doughnuts with dulce de leche and Christmas Sambabons. Free-flow champagne and festive cocktails round out the experience, including Make Merry, Winter Wonderland and Santa’s Secret.

The celebrations continue with the Samba Christmas Brunch on 20 and 25 December. This edition offers the same cocktail favourites and an expanded dessert table featuring wild berry cheesecake, macarons, peppermint chocolate slices, stollen fruitcake, panettone and fresh fruit. The atmosphere is uplifted by live entertainment, DJ sets and high-energy samba performances, creating a Christmas celebration with a lively rooftop twist.

Sambazonia: All-White New Year’s Eve Party

On 31 December, SUSHISAMBA will host its spectacular all-white New Year’s Eve event, Sambazonia, returning for its second year. From 8pm until late, guests can expect Afro-Latin and disco rhythms, live percussion, dazzling dancers and a vibrant atmosphere set against the Marina Bay skyline.

The restaurant and Sambaroom open for indulgent dinners before the celebration shifts gears into a full countdown party. Specially crafted cocktails for the night include Diamond Club, The Dawn and Samba Midori Sour, while dessert lovers can enjoy festive treats such as After Eight Cake and Sambalova Meringue.
