A French Weekend Feast at PMQ

One MICHELIN-starred Louise, nestled in the heritage compound of PMQ, is presenting a rejuvenated weekend lunch menu designed for relaxed gatherings. Available across both La Terrace by Louise and the upstairs dining room, the three-course menu marries French culinary finesse with comfort, using seasonal ingredients alongside Louise’s timeless classics.

What’s on the Menu?

The meal begins with “Pleasures of Sharing” – a generous first course of appetisers that includes “La Lune” oysters, Kagoshima Hamachi Crudo with yuzu kosho, and the crowd-favourite Foie Gras Terrine served with port wine jelly and brioche.

Guests then move on to “Luxury of Choices,” where highlights include:

Spicy Sausage Sando (HK$48): Featuring homemade sausage and Saint-Nectaire cheese

Soft-Boiled Oita Egg: Served with vin jaune espuma, black truffle, and confit onions

Homemade Cavatelli (HK$88): Topped with Sicilian red prawn tartare and lobster bisque

The final savoury course, “Feels like Home,” lets diners choose from:

Louise’s signature Roasted Yellow Chicken with Niigata Rice

Australian Black Angus Ribeye with kampot pepper sauce (HK$148)

Line-Caught Fish Meuniere with Japanese kabu turnip

Dessert includes a refined trio curated by Head Pastry Chef Eve Minialai:
