Minuty Unveils 2025 Limited Edition Rosé in Collaboration with Elliott Routledge
Minuty continues its annual tradition of blending art and winemaking with the release of its 2025 Limited Edition M de Minuty Rosé, created in collaboration with Australian artist Elliott Routledge. This edition brings to life the vibrant landscapes of the French Riviera, which has been home to Minuty since 1936. Now available in Singapore at The Eight, Fairmont Singapore, wine lovers can enjoy this artistic creation by the glass, bottle, or as a twin bottle promotion from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
A Bottle Inspired by Nature’s Rhythm
Elliott Routledge’s design reflects the natural harmony of Saint-Tropez through his interpretation of four key elements: the sea, the waves, the gradient sky at sunset, and life-giving rain. Drawing from his signature love for the colour blue, Routledge captures the dynamic energy of Minuty’s roots in a bottle that reflects the interplay of land, sea, and sky. The contours of the illustration also mirror the region’s topography, honouring both nature and the human touch that shapes the vineyards.

Capturing the Creative Process
The artistic process was documented by French photographer Maxime Visticot, whose analogue photography adds a timeless dimension to the collaboration. His visuals showcase not just the bottle but the story behind it—capturing the creative journey, craftsmanship, and shared spirit between Minuty and Routledge.
The Quintessential Rosé de Provence
Minuty’s legacy is deeply rooted in Provence, the birthplace of rosé wine. The M de Minuty Rosé is crafted from hand-harvested Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes in the Côtes de Provence. This elegant wine boasts a pale pink hue and aromas of red berries and exotic fruit, balanced with a round palate and refreshing finish. It’s the perfect match for Mediterranean fare or a laid-back afternoon by the pool.
Pair It with a Sunset BBQ at The Eight
To elevate the experience, The Eight at Fairmont Singapore is pairing this limited-edition rosé with their Sunset BBQ series every Saturday throughout December and January. Expect grilled favourites like Wagyu Tomahawk, Iberico Pork Ribs, and Tiger Prawns, with a free-flow drinks option available. Priced at S$88++ per adult and S$25++ per child, it’s a great way to wind down the year in style.
