This autumn, Ming Pavilion at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong pays tribute to one of the most anticipated culinary seasons—hairy crab season. Available until 30 November 2025, the restaurant presents an exquisite interpretation of Fujian cuisine under the guidance of Executive Chef Jack Lam, where the iconic crustacean’s delicate sweetness and golden roe are the stars.
