From 27 November to 25 December 2025, guests can bring home a taste of the holidays with Grand Hyatt’s gourmet takeaway offerings. Highlights include the Australian grain-fed prime rib, roast turkey, and honey-glazed bone-in ham. These festive centrepieces are complemented by artisanal sides, freshly baked breads, log cakes, stollen and a variety of sweet treats.
Orders can be made online with convenient pickup at The Shop, Lobby Level. For personalised festive bundles or bulk orders, the hotel also offers bespoke curation.

Indulgent Christmas Day and New Year Brunches
On 25 December and 1 January, gather at the Grand Residence for decadent brunches that span international and local favourites, festive roasts, live stations, and a sweeping selection of desserts.
