Coast to Toast: Vietnam Edition ft. SAVOR–12 September 2025

HighHouse’s popular guest shift series returns with Vietnam’s award-winning SAVOR Cocktail Club. Founders Dinh Thép and Huy Ngô will craft story-driven cocktails inspired by Greek mythology, paired with vibrant beats from Vietnamese DJ V-South.

Futures Feast: A Speculative Supper–19 & 20 September 2025

Part of Singapore Design Week 2025, this immersive dining experience, presented in partnership with Chem.lab, explores the future of food through a three-course menu designed to provoke thought and spark conversation. Guests will “taste” possible futures while engaging in collective storytelling.
