This SG60, local dessert brand Momolato is turning heads—and taste buds—with a bold new creation: SingaPop gelato popsicles. These artisanal frozen treats take inspiration from Singapore’s most iconic landmarks and transform them into edible works of art.
Launching 1 August 2025, just in time for National Day, SingaPop is a permanent addition to Momolato’s lineup, available at all outlets and online (momolato.com/singapop). Priced from S$7.90 each, these halal-certified popsicles are made with all-natural, premium ingredients and presented in recognisable silhouettes including the Merlion, Marina Bay Sands, Botanic Gardens, and Kampong Gelam.
Created by gelato champion and Momolato founder Sharon Tay, SingaPop is a love letter to Singapore’s heritage and culture. “This is our tribute to Singapore — bold, beautiful, and built to last,” says Tay. Among the most symbolic designs is the Botanic Gardens pop, adorned with orchids—the national flower representing elegance and resilience.
Beyond their aesthetics, the flavours are just as compelling. Expect flavour combinations like:
Merlion: Cookies & cream, Nama chocolate, Hokkaido milk cream (in multi-coloured swirl), and bluepea cream ($8.90).
Botanic Gardens: Nama chocolate, Korean strawberry, orchid vanilla bean, and mango sorbet.
Kampong Gelam: Sea salt gula Melaka, Korean strawberry, and Nama chocolate.
Marina Bay Sands: Nama chocolate, Korean strawberry, and Island blue vanilla bean.
Whether you’re a tourist or a nostalgic local, these popsicles offer a taste of Singapore’s design, spirit, and ingenuity—frozen on a stick.
Handcrafted in Momolato’s halal-certified facility, SingaPop pops are also a statement in sustainability and design-forward desserts. They’re not just Instagram-worthy—they’re storytelling in every bite.
