A Seasonal Celebration of Southern Italy
Executive Chef Antimo Maria Merone unveils a refreshed menu that continues to push boundaries while staying rooted in Southern Italian tradition. Available for lunch, dinner, and à la carte, the new offerings highlight premium ingredients with elegant, creative flair.
Highlights include:
Fukuoka Oyster delicately steamed and served with tomato essence and smoked caviar
Braised Korean Abalone in Vermentino sauce
Scottish Blue Lobster with caponata and coral emulsion
Semolina Riso (rice-shaped pasta) in a sea urchin-lobster sauce
Slow-Roasted Duck glazed with lavender and honey, developed over six months
Kiwami M9 Beef Tenderloin enhanced with seaweed and black truffle
PESCA, a summery dessert made with Italian yellow peach in multiple textures
Menus start from HK$580 for a 2-course lunch and go up to HK$2,280 for an 8-course dinner tasting menu, excluding service and sustainability charges.
Introducing: Music Room by KEF
In collaboration with British high-fidelity brand KEF, Estro also opens Music Room by KEF, a private dining suite designed for multi-sensory indulgence. Accommodating up to six guests, the suite features state-of-the-art speakers, a home theatre system, and even a vinyl record player. Guests can curate their own soundtracks or host film screenings—all while enjoying a tailored menu.
Reservations for the Music Room start at HK$6,000 for lunch and HK$12,000 for dinner.
