From 21 to 29 September 2024, Alley on 25 will host a guest chef feature with acclaimed chef Siriluck Lekkwan, affectionately known as Chef Mum, from Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach. Renowned for her culinary expertise, and recognised by the Thai Royal Family, Chef Mum will present a curated menu of her signature Thai dishes, including vibrant Som Tum, Tom Yum Goong, and Gaeng Massamun Nua. Diners can also indulge in her decadent Khai Jiew Poo, a blue swimmer crabmeat omelette with sweet basil and Sriracha sauce, offering an authentic taste of refined Thai flavours.
