Starting from 12 pm on Saturday, 21 September 2024 till 8 am the next day, and 12 pm Sunday, 22 September 2024, till late, revellers at the Club Lounge are beckoned to immerse in electrifying high-octane DJ performances, including British DJ and Grammy-nominated Producer, Nic Fanciulli, and CÉ LA VI’s long-time veteran DJs, all while catching the pulse-pounding Formula One action close-up from the sizable screens, and from CÉ LA VI’s impeccable vantage point of the grid, 57 floors up.
At 8 am on Sunday and Monday, revellers are also treated to complimentary breakfast at the Club Lounge, specially curated by the talented CÉ LA VI culinary team. The culinary team takes their race-fueled offerings to the next level with an exclusive Race Weekend at CÉ LA VI brunch (S$188++ pp) from 12pm to 3pm at the Restaurant on Saturday, 21 September, meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Joshua Bedell. Dragonfly Singapore
Recently launched at Vibe Hotel Singapore in Orchard Road, Dragonfly plays host to a Burlesque Spectacle featuring live boa-feathered burlesque dancers, who will sensualise and captivate to the hypnotic croons by resident singer Myra V on Wednesday, 18 September, from 8pm to 11pm. Australia-born Myra V is a professional singer based in Singapore, with over nearly two decades of experience as a vocalist across Asia, Australia and the U.S. Known for her impeccably vibrant stage presence, she has previously collaborated with notable musicians such as Angus Clark, and Walter Ino, and excels in jazz, pop and rock genres.
On Thursday, 19 September, renowned flair bartending mixologist from the U.S., Andrei Inchim will take over the Dragonfly bar for a guest shift, backed by tunes from DJ Val. He is known for creating entertaining and engaging moments with his audience, and has showcased his flair to the likes of Jake Paul, Fox TV, and in Bravo TV’s The Real Housewives of Miami.
He makes another guest shift appearance during the heat of the race on Saturday, 21 September, supported by French-duo DJ team DJ Kunda. Both guest shifts will start at 8pm and will run till late.
Craft Union: Kee’s x Shelter Bali
From 19-21 September, Kee’s presents an exclusive three-day event featuring Chef Stephen Moore from Shelter Bali Pererenan, alongside Kee’s Chef Andrew Walsh. Guests can curate their perfect 2-course meal for S$42++ or a 3-course meal for S$52++, blending Kee’s beloved dishes with Shelter’s inventive creations. Highlights include tuna tartare with coconut ceviche dressing, Mediterranean wild-caught grilled seabass, and chermoula-crusted chicken. Finish with indulgent desserts like Kee’s chocolate millefeuille or Shelter’s toasted passionfruit marshmallow. Fuel your weekend celebrations with the F1 Brunch at Madison’s, located within Pullman Singapore Hill Street on Sunday, 22 September 2024, from 12pm to 3pm. The venue not only plays host to exceptional race-themed culinary delights, but also a collaboration with purveyors of distinct model cars, Unusual 43. The collaboration sees 23 model cars displayed across Madison’s for the entire month of September, a nod to the riveting Grand Prix races happening in Singapore.
Back in the kitchen, the chefs at Pullman Singapore Hill Street showcase an epicurean feast for guests to indulge before heading to the races. Pamper yourself in a brunch affair served platter-style, which includes succulent Bratwurst Sausages, Maclaren Fish & Chips, and MB3 Black Angus Striploin from land and sea, delicious appetisers and sides, and Madison’s signature New York classics: Reuben! Reuben! Sandwiches and Mads Fried Chicken with Waffles. Crafting sweet bookends to the experience is the Grand Prix Delights which include unique race-themed treats such as F1 Champagne Blue Popping Candy, F1 Praline, and F1 Helmet Cookies.
