From 13 May to 6 June 2024, experience a culinary journey to Penang, the food capital of Malaysia. In collaboration with Penang Chefs Association, Pan Pacific Singapore’s Executive Chef Andy Oh presents an epicurean buffet featuring beloved Penang dishes at Edge, sure to excite discerning palates.
Signature Penang dishes available include Penang Rojak, Loh Bak (Ngoh Hiang Pork Rolls), Herbal Bak Kut Teh, Ter Ka Chor (Braised Pork Trotter with Black Vinegar), Curry Kapitan, and the live station serving Char Kway Teow. Also not to be missed are the delectable noodle dishes such as Assam Laksa and Penang Prawn Noodles. For dessert, the Penang Chendol and Muah Chee are classic favourites to delight in.
In addition to the tantalizing new Penang dishes, the extensive Edge buffet will continue to serve delicious creations and à la minute presentations from Singaporean, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Japanese, Thai, western and fresh seafood spreads.
